Apply with a heat press or iron. 
Use Heat Tape or Parchment Paper when pressing patches.

300F for 10-12 Seconds, Use a Teflon Sheet - [Poly Fabric]
320F for 10-12 Seconds, Use a Teflon Sheet - [Cotton Fabric]
